Justin Bieber is CLEAR of Hit & Run Charges



The Biebs can flash a huge smile, as he's in the clear of legal woes..for now at least!

Last month, teen heartthrob Justin Bieber was involved in a hit and run accident when he allegedly hit a photographer and took off in his all white Ferrari. Yesterday a Los Angeles District Attorney rejected the case, and cleared him of all charges due to insufficient evidence that Bieber knowingly fled the scene of the crime.

Reports claim that when leaving the Laugh Factory back in June, Bieber unknowingly pinned a photographer who was trying to take his photo between his car, and another parked car. The photographer was taken to the hospital at the scene, but by the time the ambulance and police arrived, the singer was no where to be found.

Though, the teen has cleared his name in this specific incident, he is still under investigation for reckless driving (who gave this guy a license?!) In addition to that, he was investigated for battery when an altercation with a neighbor ensued near to his Calabasas, CA home.

Yikes! This is pretty heavy for a young man of only 19 years. We hope the Biebs isn't on the same destructive path that we've seen lots of teen stars go down. Maybe having Selena Gomez back in his life will help him to clean up the not-so-square image he is creating!

'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Star Teresa Giudice Faces 50 Years in Jail?

Bravo's 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' stars Teresa Giudice and husband Joe Giudice, are in some serious hot water, and this kinda of trouble definitely wasn't made for television!

 

Yesterday the Giudice's were indicted on federal fraud charges. The reality pair were charged in a shocking 39-count indictment that consists of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. If convicted of all of these charges, the couple could face up to 50+ years in jail (and word around town is, reality stars

DO NOT qualify for the "Martha Stewart" treatment).

 

The Giudices are no strangers to legal woes, as husband Joe faced charges surrounding identity fraud for posing as his brother to obtain a driver's license while his was suspended. In the state of New Jersey, obtaining a false driver's license is punishable by up to 10 years! Not to mention, their filing for bankruptcy a few years back, which details of all of these cases are sure to resurface during the proceedings of these new allegations.

 

It's no secret that Teresa loves to lead a lavish lifestyle.

Shortly after the news broke about the charges, Teresa released the following statement via her lawyer, "Today is a most difficult day for our family. I support Joe and, as a wonderful husband and father, I know he wants only the best for our lovely daughters and me. I am committed to my family and intend to maintain our lives in the best way possible, which includes continuing my career. As a result, I am hopeful that we will resolve this matter with the Government as quickly as possible."

 

Wait, so is Teresa insinuating that this is Joe's doing? Kinda sounds like it...

 

Teresa and Joe attended a hearing this morning which lasted about an hour, and according to reports, a federal judge released both on a $500,000/each unsecured bail bond, which stipulated that both must surrender their passports, and are confined to New York and New Jersey only. They are both scheduled to appear in court again on August 14th.

 

 

Fellow cast mates and ex-friends will have a lot to gossip about now.

 

So the big question is...will all of this play out in front of the cameras, because we can take a wager  this was certainly unscripted. We can ONLY imagine what the other Housewives will have to say about this. Let the subliminal Twitter jabs begin!

 

 

Remembering Michael Jackson..A Smile We Could Never Forget!

Today commemorates the 4th anniversary of the death of musical legend Michael Jackson. Four years ago, the entertainer died of medical complications in his Los Angeles, CA home.

Unfortunately since his death, drama has planked the Jackson family from legal battles, to recent issues with daughter Paris' hospitalization. Sources say that son, Prince will have to testify in court tomorrow recalling the last few days of his father's life in the pending wrongful death case.

In August, MJ would have been 55.
